Shipping, Delivery & Local Pickup
All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours from the date purchased.
Custom and personalized items are made to order and require 5–10 business days (or longer). If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm timelines.
We offer $15 flat-rate shipping across Canada, and free regular shipping on Canadian orders over $150. Free shipping cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Packages typically arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
- Canada Post's delivery standard: 2–7 business days
- UPS delivery standard: 1–8 business days
- Purolator's delivery standard: 2–8 business days
- All orders are tracked and a tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Local Delivery (Mississauga)
Local delivery is available within select Mississauga areas. If your address qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.

Deliveries are made weekly
Some Balloon arrangements are not eligible for delivery and are available for local pickup only. Please contact us before ordering if delivery is required for custom balloon arrangements.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be subject to additional shipping fees to reship.
