We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our refund and return policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re so sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen.

Please email us at petitpopofesta@gmail.com within 10 days of your order’s delivery date, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.


Returns

If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your order, unopened items may be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, please email petitpopofesta@gmail.com with the item(s) you wish to return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs or returning the item(s) to the pickup location.

Shipped Orders:
Please securely package the item(s) and ship them back using a carrier of your choice.

Pickup Orders:
Please repackage the item(s) and return them to the pickup location at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Once we receive the item(s) and confirm they are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in new condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Sale items

  • Custom orders

  • Handmade items

  • Opened items

  • Shipping fees
